MICROMEDIA INTERNATIONAL - Business continuity plan

 

Dear customers and partners,

In the context of the unprecedented health crisis we are experiencing, MICROMEDIA INTERNATIONAL has taken measures to protect its employees, customers, and partners and participate in the collective effort to limit the spread of Covid-19, while still guaranteeing uninterrupted service to all of our customers within the limits of what is possible.

A business continuity plan has been implemented and the following arrangements have been made:

  • Our offices remain available by phone.
  • Technical support is still available to all customers. Priority will be given to those having subscribed to our maintenance contract.
  • Orders and shipments will be processed as soon as possible, considering the situation.
    Only orders that can be processed by email (new licenses with softkey protection, updates, upgrades, softkey exchange and maintenance) are currently guaranteed to be delivered without delay.
    Shipments of equipment (hardware keys, modems, etc.) will be limited to urgent cases, and only if a transport service is available for the recipient area and if the parcel can be received on-site.
  • Commercial meetings will be postponed.
  • On-site interventions will be postponed.
  • Trainings will be postponed according to measures taken by several European nations forbidding hosting the public in training centers.
  • For some on-site installations, assistance services, and training, we will suggest to process them in the form of remote services when possible.
  • Most of our employees are teleworking. A limited team remains on-site to receive deliveries and mail as well as to dispatch the most urgent orders.

MICROMEDIA INTERNATIONAL remains available to study and discuss your current and future projects. 

We will let you know if these measures have to change based on how the situation will evolve.
