Please prepare your maintenance contract number as well as you license number.


The maintenance contract includes:

  • New version download for free upon request (vocal synthesis excluded).
  • Priority access to our technical hotline support (on-call management configuration excluded)
  • Remote control possible using TeamViewer
  • Possibility to get temporary software licenses (3 months renewable, useful during a system migration)
