Installationsanleitung eines GSM-Modems (in französisch)
2 - Welches SMS-Format auswählen ?
Während der Konfiguration des GSM-Modems ist das standardmäßige SMS-Format auf « Auto » gestellt.. In diesem Fall verwaltet Alert das jeweils beste Format zum Versand von SMS in Funktion der 2 Formate (PDU und Text), die vom Modem unterstützt werden.
Standardmäßig wird zum Gebrauch des PDU-Format geraten. Dieses Format erlaubt den Zugang zu allen Funktionalitäten der GSM-Norm.
Das Format "Text" ist für Testzwecke zu gebrauchen.
3 - Wie muss die Tel.Nr zum Versand der SMS konfiguriert werden ?
Für den Versand einer SMS empfehlen wir die Angabe der Nummer im internationalen Format in der Konfiguration des Operators (z.B. +33 612345678 - ohne der 0)
Zur Information : intern fügt Alert automatisch die Vorwahl des Landes des jeweiligen Operators hinzu, wenn die Nummer mehr als 8 Stellen aufweist.
4 - Das GSM-Netz ist am Ort der Installation des GSM-Modem zu schwach, was tun ?
Sie haben 2 Möglichkeiten:
1) Eine Kabelverlängerung der GSM-AntenneEntsprechend der Kabelabschirmung können Sie eine Verlängerung bis 30m finden.
2) RS-232/IP - oder USB/IP-KonvertiererWir haben mehrere RS-232/IP- und USB/IP Konvertierer getestet. Mit diesem Konvertierer können Sie Ihr GSM-Modem im selben IP-Netz wie Ihrem Alert-Server installieren, jedoch an einem Ort, der das GSM-Signal besser empfängt.
5 - AT+CPIN? Antworten mit einem Fehler
Aktivieren des erweiterten Bericht (mit AT+CMEE=1) um den Fehlercode zu erhalten und überprüfen der Fehlerursache in den AT-Befehlen Ihres Handbuches
Mögliche Ursachen:
- die SIM-Karte oder der Slot der SIM-Karte sind nicht korrekt eingesteckt
- Verriegelung des SIM-Slotes ist nicht verriegelt (siehe Erklärung )
- SIM-Karte defekt
- SIM-Kartenleser defekt, die SIM-Karte wird nicht erkannt (5V SIM mit einem Modem / Modul nur kompatibel mit den SIM-Karten 3V)
Sie können darüber hinaus das Kommando +WIND aktivieren, indem Sie AT+WIND=1 eingeben. Dieser Befehl gibt in diesem Fall der Benutzung die Indikationen für die physische Änderung am PIN des SIM-Steckers - Präsenz SIM eingelegt, SIM rausgenommen. Überprüfen Sie im Handbuch die übermittelteFehlermeldung in den Befehlen.
6 - +CMS ERROR: 512
Das GSM TS 04.08 präzisiert, dass eine ausgehende SMS abgelehnt werden könnte, wenn zum Zeitpunkt des sendens dieser SMS gleichzeitig eine SMS eingeht. 7 - +CMS ERROR: 513
Es gibt 3 Möglichkeiten, um diese Fehlermeldung zu erhalten:
- Die Mobile Station verliert das Radiosignal (oder das Netz erfragt eine RR-Unterbrechung)
- Die Mobile Station erhält keine Empfangsbestätigung des Netzes (CP_ACK) nach 28s nach der Weiterleitung der Kurznachrichten (CP_DATA)
- Die Mobile Station erhält keine Empfangsbestätigung des Netzes (CP_ACK (RP_ACK) ) nach 42s nach Anfrage der Kanal-Einrichtungen
8 - +CMS ERROR: 514
Dieser Fehler wird versendet, sofern die Adresse des Service-Centers fehlerhaft ist, oder die Zieladresse falsch ist. Dieser Fehler bedeutet, dass die SMS tatsächlich vom Modul gesendet wurde (richtig formatiert), aber durch das Netzwerk verweigert wurde (die Nr. ist keine SMS-Nummer, das Service-Center ist nicht das richtige, der Service ist nicht verfügbar, DCS nicht berücksichtigt...)-> Der Kunde muss die versendeten Informationen überprüfen 9 - CMS-Fehler (GSM-Netz-bezogener Fehler)

Um in Alert die Alarme bei Eingang einer SMS zu quittieren, muss ein GSm-Modem und ein spezifisches Script benutzt werden.
Um dieses Script zu installieren müssen die Indikationen der Datei AckAlarmSMS ReadMe.txt im Verzeichnis C:\MMI\Alert befolgt werden.
