New Alert version : 3.6 Revision 1 Build 19

  • System: For the detection of the ongoing Alert process addition of privileges to detect the processes started by other users. This requires that Alert is initiated by an administrator.
  • Alert service: stopping and starting the service is available once it is installed (if the start is automatic or not).
  • Redundancy: fixed synchronization problem of redundant parameters (Alert.ini) when the position redundant was defined by its IP address and not by name.
  • AlertCient: Added progress bar for downloading the new version of the client if auto-update.
  • Hiding alarms (ticket 6150): Fixed the issue of masking undesirable traces in the log when opening a configuration file (abf) containing masking alarm.
  • Export Database: Fixed problem updating the list of operators in teams.
  • Export database: add traces on error connection (basic engine problem in 64-bit).
  • Management modem: GSM voice call for change (acceptance format "33 ....").
  • Modem Management: added option to manage CTS signals as an indication of disconnection.
  • Modem Management (ticket 6130): Fixed loss of tone management (when a loss of tone was detected, the calls were impossible, even if the port was not in default). After correction, until a port is not in default, it can be used.
  • Modem Management: Fixed problem "Waiting available port" infinity.
  • Modem Management: change the default option AutoBaudrate to FALSE.
  • Management modem port is placed in default for failure to answer ATZ.
  • Managing voice modem: added option (in UseRcVoice Alert.ini) to use a compression / decompression Rockwell integrated Alert and no longer go through the 16-bit application RCVoice.exe.
  • Voice Modem Management: change the default voice modem (Sierra Wireless Micromedia Pack).
  • Management GSM modem: treatment of modem error code 4 (invalid command) during the initial phase of sending an SMS, causing resetting the modem. This problem appeared randomly when the modem was not able to send an SMS.
  • Management GSM modem: added ESC sent to the GSM modem on receiving response "<CR> <LF>>" after sending "AT" (out of the initial phase of sending SMS).
  • Management GSM modem: Fixed problem of power failure GSM modem USB: only the first error was taken into account, the others were ignored even when init and successful recovery.
  • GSM voice modem management: changes in response voice modem initialization (Reset to hang in GSM).
  • Management CAPI modem (ticket 6575): the port capital remained down an incoming call and Simultaneous disconnection of the call. This problem has been corrected.
  • User interface: Fixed dialog editing tag. When passing event to variable, then variable event, it was impossible to select an instruction file.
  • User interface: Fixed problem selection menu Operation / Monitoring (displayed using drivers).
  • User interface: update display after font change.
  • Export data (historical journal) (ticket 6412): removal of the field separator before the first column.
  • API, scripting, server DDE / OPC: fix regression value of status call operator (USER_CALLSTATUS). State -1 added to indicate that there is no current call (or calls completed). State 0 indicates a call is requested for the operator but has not yet been initialized.
  • API: added ability to make or find enum of all stations, including multi station. Research using the complete ID STATION_ALL.
  • Incrementation automatic alarm priority (ticket 15): this increment is now considered in reduced services.
  • Call cycle: if a new alarm appeared when a user was connected with voice and acquitted all alarms, acknowledged the call ended in failure after the operator has hung up. This problem has been corrected.
  • Call cycle (ticket 6545): Case of a relief group during a call after a failure to call the first group. This ultimately reduces service and more team planning. Groups were still waiting for active team. Now the group fallback in turn passes into decline or if none, the core group recalls.
  • Acknowledge call: spaces at the beginning and end of chains acquired via SMS defined in the GSM parameters are now ignored. The comparison is case insensitive.
  • Acknowledge call (ticket 6657): if a call was Acknowledge by AlertWeb during the sending of the Not acknowledged SMS, the call ended Unwarned and the port was blocked ("Waiting available port"). This problem has been corrected.
  • Profiles operators (ticket 6644): Fixed problem of loss of profiles modified or created during an update of Alert in build 13 or later. Profiles modified or created in versions prior to build 13 were lost.
  • HELP: quickstart display in the selected language for the interface, even though the online help is not available in this language.

Mediator Processeur Message (version 4.0.2.27)==============>

  • Filters: modification of the treatment of multi-language messages to authorize their concatenation.
  • Scripts: fixed function INSTR. NStart parameter is set to 0 if negative to avoid crashes.
