This contract includes the unlimited hotline support, as well as the on-demand free sending of the latest version available.

All subscription to our product's maintenance contract at first buy gives you the following rights:

  • Free updates on demand
  • Access to our technical hotline

Any maintenance contract subscribed after the initial order of our software requires an update for all the software.

Training


MICROMEDIA INTERNATIONAL organizes trainings on its softwares either in our promises, or directly within your company. Three trainings are currently possible:
  • Training on ALERT :

usage and configuration of supervision interface and standby service

  • Installation / Getting started / simple configuration : 1 day
  • Advanced Configuration / Redundancy / Client-Server . 1 day
  • Use of message processor editor : 1 day

 

  • Alert Vision:
conception and development of screens of remote control
(1 days).

  • Training on JERICHO
vocal server: conception and development of a vocal application
(1 day).
