Ce document précise comment installer un modem GSM dans ALERT.
2 - Quel Format SMS doit je choisir ?
Lors de la configuration d’un modem GSM, le format SMS par défaut est configuré sur « Auto ». Dans ce cas, Alert gère lui-même le meilleur format pour envoyer des SMS en fonction des 2 formats (PDU et Texte) supportés par le modem.
Par défaut le format préconisé est le PDU. Ce format permet d’avoir accès à toutes les fonctionnalités de la norme GSM.
Le format « texte » est un format utilisé pour faire des tests.
3 - Comment dois je configurer le numéro de téléphone pour l’envoi de SMS.
Lors de l’envoi d’un SMS nous recommandons de mettre le numéro au format international au niveau de la configuration de l’operateur. Ex : +33 612345678 (sans le 0)
Il faut cependant savoir qu’en interne, le logiciel Alert rajoute automatiquement le préfixe du pays lié à l’opérateur si le numéro fait plus de 8 caractères.
4 - Que faire si le réseau GSM est faible dans la salle où sera installé le modem GSM?
Vous avez 2 possibilités:- La rallonge du câble d’antenne GSM. Suivant le blindage du câble vous pouvez avoir des rallonges de 30 mètres ou plus.- Le convertisseur RS-232/IP ou USB/IP. Nous avons testé plusieurs convertisseurs RS-232/IP et USB/IP. Avec ces types de convertisseurs vous pouvez installer le modem GSM sur le même réseau IP que le serveur Alert, mais à un endroit où le signal GSM est meilleur. Vous pourrez ainsi l’utiliser comme si le modem GSM était à coté du serveur Alert.5 - AT+CPIN? Réponses avec une erreur.
Activer le rapport d'erreurs étendu (avec AT+CMEE=1) pour obtenir le code d'erreur et vérifier la cause d'erreur dans les commandes AT de votre manuel.
Causes possibles :
- Carte SIM ou connecteur de la carte SIM n'est pas correctement insérée
- Verrou du connecteur SIM n'est pas verrouillé (voir Fonctionnalité Verrou de la carte SIM)
- SIM défectueuse
- Lecteur de carte SIM défectueux, la carte SIM n'est pas reconnu (5V SIM avec un modem / module seulement compatible avec les cartes SIM 3V).Vous pouvez également activer le +WIND non sollicités en tapant AT+WIND=1 par exemple. Cette commande dans ce cas d'utilisation donne les indications d'un changement physique sur la broche du connecteur SIM, présence SIM insérée, SIM enlevée. Vérifiez le code d'erreur renvoyé dans les commandes sur le manuel.
6 - +CMS ERROR: 512
Le GSM TS 04.08 précise que si un SMS entrant arrive lorsque vous essayez d'envoyer un SMS, le SMS sortants pourrait être rejeté.
7 - +CMS ERROR: 513
Il y a 3 causes possibles pour obtenir une +CMS ERROR: 513
• Le MS (Mobile Station) perd la liaison radio (ou le réseau demande un déconnexion RR)
• Le MS (Mobile Station) ne reçoit pas l'accusé de réception du réseau (CP_ACK) après 28s après la transmission des messages courts de données (CP_DATA)
• Le MS (Mobile Station) ne reçoit pas l'accusé de réception du réseau (CP_DATA (RP_ACK)) après 42s après la demande d'établissement de canaux8 - +CMS ERROR: 514
Cette erreur est envoyée par le réseau lorsque l’Adresse Service Center est erronée, ou lorsque l'adresse de destination est fausse. Cette erreur signifie que le SMS a été effectivement envoyé par le module (bien formaté), mais il a été refusé par le réseau (le numéro distant n'est pas un numéro GSM, le Service Center n'est pas le bon, le service n'est pas disponible, DCS pas pris en charge ...) -> le client doit alors vérifier les informations envoyées dans le SMS.

Pour pouvoir acquitter les alarmes sur réception d'un SMS dans Alert, il faut avoir un modem GSM et utiliser un script spécifique.
Pour installer ce script il faut suivre les indications du fichier AckAlarmSMS lisezmoi.txt sous C:\MMI\Alert
