ALERT

ALERT is a software product designed for remotely monitoring automated systems . It is used in a variety of industries with a high degree of automation.

Based on MS-Windows™ operating systems and capable of integrating into both simple and complex technical architectures, ALERT effectively and reliably centralizes and forwards critical alarms from a monitored site to the right people using the media that they have chosen for notifying messages and according to their defined on-call schedule.

ALERT is compatible with industry-leading standard protocols (OPC, Modbus, BACnet, etc.) and a high number of monitoring systems with its many dedicated connectors. To cater for specific or complex requirements, the software also includes a fully customizable module for retrieving, processing and sending alarms.

ALERT has been the flagship product ever since Micromedia International was founded and has been installed at over 12,000 sites around the world.

DPR

DPR (Data Process Recorder) is a software solution for collecting and archiving production messages issued from a heterogeneous array of systems using an SQL database.

DPR can be used to combine data from one or more systems into a shared platform, thereby providing a single interface for all production messages. The solution is capable of aggregating messages from various systems (DCS*, SCADA**, PLCs, etc.) through different interfaces (serial links, TCP/IP, DDE, file reading, OPC, SNMP, database, etc.).

Advanced analytical rules are available for formatting different types of simple and complex data into a single, meaningful record. Messages are divided according to the type of issuing system, where each system features its own message syntax.

Data are saved in an open SQL database (read-only), so that users can tap into this gold mine of information with the main data analytics tools on the market. Messages are saved in four tables simultaneously (last year's data, last three years, full site data, and data including critical alarms for managing on-call activities).

DPR is compatible with the "ALERT" on-call management software for transferring your critical alarms over a large number of media (text messages, voice calls, pagers, remote monitoring systems, etc.)

As an ancillary hardware product to be used with our software solutions, we provide a Voice & Sms Gateway allowing the management of incoming and outgoing voice telephone calls as well as the transmission and reception of SMS.
